Mission:To support the architectural and engineering teams by generating accurate and comprehensive construction documents. Using CAD software to develop 2D drawing as well as Revit to create 3D models.
Main responsibilities:Develop construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details, using Auto CAD and /Revit. Ensure all drawings adhere to company standards, industry codes, and project specifications. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to interpret design intent and translate it into clear and concise drawings. Maintain and update project documentation throughout the design process. Manage document control activities and frequent as-built updates of projects premises by surveying sites to implement as built drawings. Assist with the creation of 3D models and visualizations using Revit.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 0-3 years of experience in CAD drafting, preferably in the architectural or engineering field. Proficiency in Auto CAD (Must) Revit software (preferable) Strong understanding of architectural and construction terminology. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) is a plus.
Education:Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering (architectural /civil) or Fine Arts.
