Job Purpose:The Quality Assurance Team Leader assists in implementing/ maintaining the quality assurance programs and ensuring the compliance of the integrated system and meeting the customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:• Keep records of Department Heads names and titles who are entitled to issue QHSE documents and any documents related to integrated system. • Issue an amendment code for approved change requests.• Obtain required sign-off on approved changes/new issues as per current documents. • Create and update the Controlled document list, and file original documents. • Register all changes on the controlled documents resulting from preventive and corrective actions. • Control the external documents list. • Conduct & Plan internal audits on activities/ processes according to the integrated management system.• Recommend/follow up preventive actions to ensure reduction of nonconformity.• Prepare/review audit records (checklists/ NCRs).• Review the Internal & External audit reports.• Follow up the corrective action taken of internal/ External audits and measure the action effectiveness.• Follow up on departments for closing the external audit findings.• Responsible for awareness sessions for employees on Quality policies and procedures.• Prepare all customer-related “Pre-Qualifications” documents.• Maintain orderly records to demonstrate compliance with approved specifications and 3rd party auditors.
Qualifications & Education:- Years of experience: 5 to 7 years- Academic Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Engineering or Diploma in Quality Management.- Quality Management system Professional Certificates is a plus.
