Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in El Mohandessin for the position of Senior HR Specialist. The role involves overseeing and managing various aspects of human resource operations, including recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The Senior HR Specialist will work closely with management to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s goals. Responsibilities also include developing training programs, promoting a positive workplace culture, and addressing employee concerns effectively.
Qualifications Experience in Recruitment, Onboarding, and Talent Acquisition Processes Proficiency in Employee Relations, Performance Management, and Conflict Resolution Understanding of Labor Laws, HR Policies, and Compliance Standards Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Problem-Solving Skills Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Prior experience in a senior HR role is highly desirable at least 2 years.
