Role Description This is a full-time on-site Sales Manager role at Lumin Soft located in El Sheikh Zaid. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, developing sales strategies, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role will involve day-to-day sales operations, team management, and collaboration with other departments to drive business growth.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field.5+ years of experience as a Sales Manager in the software industry (MUST). Strong knowledge of sales performance metrics and business growth strategies. Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. Fluent in English
