Core Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance & Repair: Develop and execute preventive/predictive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems (including PLCs).
  • Production Support: Support daily production activities, ensuring machines run at maximum efficiency.
  • Improvement Projects: Identify and implement engineering solutions to enhance machinery reliability and production speed.
  • Safety & Compliance: Ensure all equipment operates within safety standards and maintain accurate maintenance logs.
  • Documentation & Spares: Maintain documentation for repairs, and manage inventory of authorized spare parts
