Job Overview We are looking for a Talent Management Specialist to support the design and implementation of talent development initiatives that enhance employee performance, leadership capabilities, and organizational growth. The role will focus on performance management, learning and development programs, succession planning, and talent reviews. Key Responsibilities• Support the implementation and management of the performance management cycle (goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisal).• Coordinate talent review and succession planning processes across departments.• Assist in identifying high-potential employees and leadership development needs.• Support the design and execution of learning and development programs aligned with organizational capabilities.• Track and analyze talent management KPIs and HR metrics.• Facilitate the creation and follow-up of Individual Development Plans (IDPs).• Support assessment centers, development centers and leadership assessments when required.• Work closely with HR Business Partners and department heads to identify capability gaps and development opportunities.• Maintain talent management documentation, frameworks and competency models. Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Experience• 2–4 years of experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development or Learning & Development. Skills & Competencies• Knowledge of performance management systems• Understanding of competency frameworks and talent development programs• Strong analytical and reporting skills• Excellent communication and facilitation skills• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams• Strong organizational and project coordination skills
