  • Conduct technical evaluations and support quality improvement projects.
  • Supervise his team perfectly to get the best results which lead to customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present quality reports to line manager.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of quality control activities, test results, and nonconformities.
  • Provide technical support and guidance for solving quality issues.
  • Provide feedback to his line manager about lower-level team members on performance and
    attendance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to maintain quality processes run smoothly.
  • Participate in quality and safety audits and ensure compliance with standards.
  • Identifies the information needed to solve a problem effectively.
  • Conduct Audit on QMS of ISO 9001 & OHSMs of ISO 45001.
