About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Insurance Operations Associate to join our dynamic team. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to develop foundational knowledge in insurance operations, risk management, and client service within a leading insurance brokerage environment. The successful candidate will support internal teams by assisting with reporting, data management, invoice processing, and operational inquiries, contributing to the achievement of business objectives and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing reports for internal stakeholders and maintain accuracy in data entry and oversight of internal databases and reference materials.
• Contribute to meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and overall business goals.
• Support timely and accurate production, tracking, and documentation of invoices and pricing estimates.
• Collaborate with colleagues to address basic transactional and operational requests, providing feedback on process effectiveness.
• Aid in risk management identification processes and procedural compliance.
• Support senior team members with special projects, including change delivery and performance reporting.
• Handle basic insurance claims inquiries related to procedures and operations to enhance product and service value.
• Ensure quality service delivery and adherence to operational and regulatory standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, insurance, or related field.
• Basic understanding of the insurance industry, regulatory environment, and broker procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
