1. Domestic Travel & Accommodation Administration
• Coordinate domestic transportation and hotel accommodation for employees traveling within Egypt.
• Align with vendors to ensure timely bookings, accurate invoicing, and compliance with company travel policies.
• Maintain records of employee travel arrangements and ensure proper documentation.

2. Visa Applications & International Travel Support
• Handle visa applications for employees traveling abroad for business trips.
• Coordinate with embassies, travel agencies, and employees to ensure all documents are accurately prepared and submitted on time.
• Maintain a database of travel-related documents and visa statuses.

3. Supplies & Office Stock Management
• Monitor and track stock levels of beverages, water, stationery, and similar office supplies.
• Submit purchasing requests when supplies reach minimum threshold levels.
• Ensure efficient distribution, proper storage, and cost-effective usage of office materials.

4. Employee Benefits Procurement
• Order, review samples, and manage the distribution of employee benefit items such as Ramadan, Eid, Moulid gifts, vouchers, and seasonal giveaways.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure high quality and cost-efficient offerings.
• Coordinate the delivery of benefit distributions.

5. Vendor Management for Employee Materials
• Communicate with vendors to order, review samples, and finalize business cards, employee IDs, and new hire welcome kits, etc.
• Oversee the renewal and distribution of employee identification materials.
• Ensure quality standards and timely delivery of all printed and branded materials.
