We are a premium Egyptian design studio specializing in handcrafted bags and clothing. Our work is rooted in craftsmanship, material experimentation, and strong creative direction. We are entering a focused growth phase and are looking for a senior-level Brand & Commercial Manager to help structure and scale the commercial side of the business.


Role Overview

This is a leadership role responsible for translating creative vision into clear commercial strategy and execution. You will oversee marketing rollout, retail and consignment strategy, product launches, and brand visibility — ensuring the brand is consistent, well-positioned, and commercially strong across all channels.


Key Responsibilities

Brand & Marketing

- Manage the relationship with the marketing agency

- Oversee campaign planning and execution

- Coordinate product launches across online and physical channels

- Ensure brand communication aligns with creative direction

- Retail & Channel Strategy

- Develop and manage boutique and consignment strategy

- Define product allocation by channel

- Ensure visual merchandising standards are upheld

- Monitor performance across all sales channels

- Manage rotation of unsold products and optimize placement


Commercial Growth

- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities (local & international)

- Coordinate PR, collaborations, and trade events

- Track and analyze sales performance to guide decisions


Team Coordination

- Oversee the Social Media & Content Specialist, and all content creation

- Work closely with Operations & Production to align launches and inventory

Skills

- 5+ years experience in brand management, retail, fashion, or premium consumer businesses

- Strong commercial mindset with analytical thinking

- Experience managing marketing agencies

- Clear understanding of premium brand positioning

- Strong organizational and leadership skills
