Production & Quality Coordinator

Location: Abu-Rawash, Giza

Type: Full-time

We are a premium Egyptian design studio specializing in handcrafted bags and clothing. We are hiring a Production & Quality Coordinator to manage quality and support our supply chain. This role is field-based. You will spend most of your time in workshops, factories, and the market — not in the office.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit and monitor external workshops and factories

• Inspect materials, stitching, construction, and finishing

• Approve samples or request corrections

• Quality Control: Catch quality issues early and report clearly

• Ensure external production matches our in-house standards

• Source leather, hardware, fabrics, and other raw materials

• Go to the market to purchase materials when needed

• Negotiate with suppliers on materials 

• Find and evaluate new workshops and manufacturers

• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers

• Support the Operations Manager with production follow-up

Skills

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

• Has experience in leather goods, fashion production, or manufacturing

• Understands materials and finishing standards

• Is detail-oriented and firm about quality

• Is practical, organized, and responsible

• Is comfortable moving between factories and markets regularly

This role is critical to protecting our quality while allowing us to scale production.
