Provide advanced technical support for complex incidents escalated from IT Support / Help Desk.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights across systems and applications.
Manage and monitor Active Directory, including users, groups, Organizational Units (OUs), and security groups.
Manage and monitor Microsoft Exchange / email environment, including creating, modifying, and deleting mailboxes.
Implement and manage security measures such as firewalls, antivirus, endpoint protection, and access controls.
Support and maintain LAN/WAN, switches, routers, wireless access points, and internet connectivity.
Automate routine system administration tasks using scripting languages such as PowerShell and/or Bash.
