1. Factory Leadership & Strategy
Lead overall factory operations including Production, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics.
Develop and execute short- and long-term factory plans aligned with business goals.
Act as the main decision-maker for factory-level operational and technical matters.
2. Production & Performance Management
Ensure achievement of production targets (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery).
Monitor KPIs and drive corrective and preventive actions.
Optimize capacity utilization and production efficiency.
3. Cost Control & Budgeting
Control manufacturing costs, scrap rate, and operational expenses.
Prepare and manage factory budgets and cost-reduction initiatives.
4. Quality & Compliance
Ensure compliance with quality systems (ISO, Control Plans, PFMEA).
Lead root cause analysis for major defects and customer complaints.
Guarantee compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
5. Engineering & Continuous Improvement
Oversee process engineering, equipment performance, and new technology introduction.
Lead Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and productivity improvement projects.
6. People Management
Lead, coach, and develop factory management teams.
Ensure effective manpower planning, performance evaluation, and succession planning.
Promote a strong safety and performance-driven culture.
7. New Products & Expansion
Lead trials, sample approvals, and qualification of new glass models.
Support factory expansion, new lines, and localization projects.
