About the Job

Misr El-Kheir Foundation is implementing large-scale development projects, including the construction of housing units, schools, hospitals, and other community facilities.

These projects are executed across different governorates in Egypt, requiring highly qualified engineering professionals with strong technical competencies to design, implement, and monitor projects in alignment with approved scope, cost, quality, and timeline requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up on the implementation of contractual obligations with contractors, consultants, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure proper execution of works.
• Review and prepare ongoing payment certificates (abstracts) and support project closing procedures in accordance with the Construction Procedures Manual.
• Maintain full-time site presence to monitor executed activities and assess their impact on schedule, cost control, quality, and project scope.
• Prepare and compile As-Built drawings submitted by contractors in accordance with contractual terms and conditions.
• Ensure complete and accurate project documentation prior to handover.
• Support final project closeout procedures in coordination with consultants.
• Track project progress against the approved baseline schedule.
• Coordinate with planning engineers to identify delays and propose corrective and mitigation actions.
• Support cost control efforts by validating executed quantities and completed works.
• Ensure adherence to the approved project scope and immediately report any deviations.
• Maintain proper site documentation, including daily site reports and records.
