Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent based in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. As a Real Estate Agent at Bold Routes, you will actively support clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. You will provide excellent customer service, maintain knowledge of local real estate markets, and foster strong client relationships. Responsibilities include property showings, market research, and negotiating contracts while ensuring compliance with all regulations and ethical standards.
Qualifications Possession of a Real Estate License or strong willingness to obtain one Solid understanding of real estate trends and practices, including Real Estate and Real Property knowledge Proficiency in Sales and proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets Exemplary Customer Service skills and the ability to create positive client experiences Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills A goal-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently Familiarity with the local real estate market in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid is a plus
