We are seeking a strong, hands-on General Manager for a high-potential Restaurant & Lounge located in Sharqia.
The selected candidate will be fully responsible for leading and developing the entire operation with full authority.

• Full operational management of restaurant & lounge
• Kitchen supervision and food quality control
• Sales growth strategy and revenue optimization
• Full P&L management
• Food & Beverage cost control
• Inventory management and waste reduction
• Team leadership, hiring & performance management
• Implementing SOPs and operational systems
• Enhancing customer experience and brand positioning
