Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts to achieve targets and deliver high levels of client satisfaction.
Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their goals.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure the successful delivery of services and products to clients.
Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to assess performance and identify opportunities for expansion.
Analyze sales data and trends to provide insights that drive decision-making and strategy formulation.
Develop and implement account strategies that support overall business objectives and enhance client retention.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to offer informed recommendations to clients.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, preferably in the healthcare or aesthetic industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving account growth.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and internal teams.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision making and performance measurement.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
