The Senior Agile Coach is a leader responsible for guiding multiple cross-functional teams and the organization in adopting and implementing Agile methodologies and best practices at scale for AI-powered and digital fintech solutions.
This role drives organizational change, fosters a culture of continuous improvement, and empowers teams and leaders to deliver value effectively and efficiently The difference you will make: Develop and execute strategies for Agile adoption and transformation across multiple teams or departments.
Mentor and coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leadership on advanced Agile principles and practices.
Design and facilitate large scale workshops, training programs, and learning sessions to drive agile understanding and adoption across the organization.
Assess current organizational processes, identify systemic impediments to Agile flow and design solutions that balance agility with regulatory compliance requirements.
Guide the organization in implementing Agile practices to optimize value streams and enhance collaboration across teams and establish sustainable delivery cadences.
Facilitate organizational-level retrospectives and improvement initiatives.
Influence stakeholders at all levels to embrace Agile values and principles and support the transformation journey.
Foster a community of practice for Agile practitioners within the organization, sharing best practices and promoting knowledge sharing.
Establish organizational-level agile metrics and maturity assessments to track transformation progress and demonstrate business impact.
Create and maintain agile playbooks, templates, and standards that enable consistent practices while allowing team autonomy.
Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Certified Agile Coach (CAC), or equivalent advanced Agile certifications required.
Experience: 7+ years of experience working in Agile environments, with at least 3+ years as an Agile Coach, leading and coaching multiple teams and driving organizational Agile adoption.
Experience in the financial services industry is a significant plus.
Technical Skills: Deep understanding of various Agile methodologies (e.
g., Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP) and scaling frameworks (e.
g., SAFe, LeSS).
Strong familiarity with Agile project management tools (e.
g., Jira, Azure DevOps) including: Organizational-level configuration and governance.

Expert knowledge in software development processes and Agile engineering practices.
