Overview Responsible for managing daily distribution operations, ensuring accurate deliveries, optimizing routes and fleet utilization, and monitoring team performance. The role also supports continuous improvement, sales tool alignment, and health & safety implementation in the market. Responsibilities Ensure that orders are delivered properly and in good condition. Meet with delivery representatives and discuss the daily performance summary. Review the delayed orders delivery report with each pre-sales representative. Optimize the utilization of the distribution fleet. Be responsible for loading efficiency to ensure accurate and proper deliveries. Work on updating route plans. Follow up on assigned customer routes. Support continuous improvement of routes and tools based on market experience and insights. Ensure that sales tools align with business needs and plans. Deploy refrigerators (in the case of wholesale sales). Contribute to training, coaching, and the implementation of health and safety programs in the market. Qualifications Bachelor education degree. Technical background; preferably with experience in food manufacturing companies. Good knowledge of key software applications used in daily operations (e.g., Excel, routing software). Valid driving license
