Presales Engineer – Low Voltage Panels

PETROKIMA Engineering & Contracting is a leading provider of Low Voltage Panel solutions, delivering high-quality electrical systems for industrial and commercial projects.
We are expanding our team and looking for a technically strong Presales Engineer with 2–4 years of experience in Low Voltage Panels. The ideal candidate should have solid technical knowledge, strong analytical skills, and the ability to carefully study specifications, prepare accurate compliance sheets, and deliver high-quality technical submittals. We value precision, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities▪ Analyze and review project documents (SLD, BOQ, and specifications) to define technical requirements and propose optimized solutions.▪ Develop accurate technical & commercial proposals and BOQs.▪ Prepare compliance sheets and high-quality technical submittals in line with project specifications.▪ Prepare detailed material take-off / list of materials based on approved technical offers.▪ Review manufacturing drawings carefully before submission to clients to ensure full compliance..▪ Coordinate with engineering and procurement teams to ensure proper component selection and costing.▪ Participate in technical meetings and support tendering and prequalification activities.▪ Ensure smooth handover to execution and project management teams.▪ Maintain proper documentation according to company procedures. ???? Required Qualifications✔ Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering✔ 2–4 years of experience in Presales of Low Voltage Panels✔ Strong technical knowledge of Low Voltage Panels (MDB, SMDB, MCCs)✔ Good knowledge of motor starting methods (DOL, Star-Delta, Soft Starter, VFD)✔ Experience in preparing compliance sheets and technical submittals✔ Ability to prepare material lists based on approved technical offers✔ Proficiency in Excel and manufacturer selection software✔ Siemens background is preferred (for accurate component selection)✔ Preferably residing in 6th of October City or Sheikh Zayed City ????
