Role Responsibilities Lead the Architectural Team in preparing and reviewing the shop drawings / RFIs / RFPs for Design Review. Review all related project documents. Approve final shop drawings prior to Consultant submission. Supervise cross-disciplinary coordination and Coordinate with subcontractors. Coordinate with all departments (Procurement, Planning, T. O.) for all tasks related to the Architectural scope. Directly coordinate with stakeholders. Oversee adherence to the company's methodology and technical standards.
Qualifications· Minimum 7:10 years of relevant Experience· Bachelor’s degree in architecture engineering· Extensive experience in shop drawing preparation and BIM model development.· Advanced proficiency in Auto CAD and Revit.· Strong knowledge of Navisworks Manage.· Deep understanding of shop drawing preparation processes and architectural codes.· Solid experience in creating, reviewing, and developing BIM models and shop drawings.· Ability to review and manage BOQ, IFC data.· Ability to manage, oversee, and approve RFIs & RFPs for design review.· Strong command of Microsoft Office tools.. Capability to coordinate cross-disciplinary design and technical integration.
