We are hiring a Pre-Sales & Appointment Setting Specialist to manage the first stage of the pipeline: respond fast, qualify leads, book consultation meetings, and confirm attendance—with excellent CRM discipline. Key Responsibilities Contact new leads immediately and follow a strict speed-to-lead process Qualify leads quickly (student/parent, grade, program interest, budget, intake timeline) Book consultation meetings (office/Zoom) for the Sales/Consultant team Confirm all meetings (reduce no-shows) using a structured reminder workflow Manage leads across multiple channels: Pipedrive, Facebook, Instagram, Whats App Maintain perfect CRM hygiene: stages, notes, next steps, follow-up dates, tags, lead source Provide daily/weekly performance reporting (calls, conversations, meetings booked, show rate) Performance Targets (KPIs)50 calls per day5 meetings booked per day Speed-to-lead: message response within 5 minutes, call attempt within 15 minutes Meeting show rate target: 70%+CRM hygiene: 100% of open leads must have next step + follow-up date Requirements1–3+ years experience in call center / appointment setting / telesales / sales support / high-volume customer engagement Strong phone and Whats App communication skills (Arabic is required; English is a plus) Comfortable working with daily targets and strict follow-up rules Strong organization and discipline—can handle many leads without losing track Experience using a CRM (Pipedrive/Hub Spot/Zoho/others) is preferred What We Look For (Important) Fast execution, high energy, and consistent follow-up Professional communication and persuasive appointment setting Strong attention to detail and accountability No excuses—numbers and results matter Compensation Fixed salary (based on experience) KPI-based performance bonus (meetings booked, show rate, CRM hygiene)
