Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Agent, based in Markaz Sohag with some work from home acceptable. The Sales Agent will be responsible for identifying and contacting potential customers, explaining insurance plans and services, providing exceptional customer service, and closing sales. The role also involves maintaining customer records, following up on leads, and participating in training programs to stay updated on products and services.

Qualifications

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to understand and address customer needs
Sales: Proven experience in sales and the ability to meet performance targets
Insurance: Knowledge of insurance products and services is a plus
Training: Willingness to continuously improve through training and development
Ability to work independently and in a team setting
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
