  • Execute and monitor Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules according to the maintenance plan.
  • Diagnose mechanical failures and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
  • Supervise corrective and breakdown maintenance activities.
  • Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements to enhance reliability.
  • Prepare periodic maintenance reports including downtime analysis and spare parts consumption.
  • Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth plant operations.
  • Supervise technicians and assign daily maintenance tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures (HSE standards).
  • Monitor spare parts inventory and initiate purchase requests when needed.
