Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with hotel quality standards and safety regulations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance procedures.
- Conduct on-site audits, inspections, and performance evaluations.
- Prepare weekly quality reports and update quality scorecards.
- Handle operational disputes and abuse cases affecting performance.
- Investigate guest complaints and recommend corrective actions.
- Identify service gaps and implement improvement plans.
- Deliver quality training sessions and onboard new employees on QC procedures.
