Role Description • Full-time, on-site role for MEP Engineer – Facilities Management. • Location: North Coast – Sidi Abdel Rahman, El Alamein. • Responsible for managing MEP activities across EFS Misr projects in the North Coast (mainly malls). • Oversee, coordinate, and maintain all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems. • Conduct technical assessments and ensure compliance with applicable standards. • Monitor and maintain building services to ensure high-quality FM delivery. • Coordinate effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
Qualifications • Minimum 4+ years of experience in Facilities Management. • Strong knowledge of MEP systems and troubleshooting. • Previous experience in malls/retail facilities is highly preferred. • Good understanding of building services within FM environment. • Strong problem-solving and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and within on-site teams. • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field).
