  • Supervise and coordinate  mechanical (stainless steel liner plate) construction activities on site.
  • Manage and control labor force, subcontractors, and on-site materials.
  • Ensure all work is carried out according to project specifications, drawings, and timelines.
  • Monitor work progress and provide regular updates to project management.
  • Enforce site safety regulations and quality control procedures.
  • Collaborate with other disciplines and stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Prepare and maintain site reports, work schedules, and documentation.
  • Solve problems through collaboration with the client.
  • Good understanding of heavy equipment, especially crane operations.
  • Diligent and sincere work attitude.
