- Experienced Solar Appointment Setter (California Market)
- We are currently hiring a full-time Solar Appointment Setter with proven experience in the solar industry. This role is strictly for individuals who have previously worked in solar appointment setting and understand qualification standards and performance expectations.
- Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Compensation:
- $4 per hour (performance-based structure tied to appointment targets per payroll)
- Position Overview:
- The Appointment Setter is responsible for contacting homeowners in California, qualifying them properly, and scheduling clean, QC-approved appointments for the sales team. This is a structured environment focused on performance, discipline, and consistency.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound calling to California homeowners
- Proper qualification (homeownership, credit profile, electric bill, decision-makers)
- Handling objections professionally
- Scheduling confirmed in-person appointments
- Maintaining high show-rate standards
- Meeting minimum appointment targets per payroll
