Sales Supervisor We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Supervisor to join our growing team. If you have strong leadership skills and a passion for achieving sales targets, we would love to hear from you!???? Key Responsibilities:• Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team• Set and monitor sales targets and KPIs• Develop sales strategies to achieve company goals• Prepare sales reports and performance analysis• Build and maintain strong client relationships• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations???? Requirements:• Proven experience in sales (3–6 years preferred)• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience• Strong communication and negotiation skills• Target-oriented and self-motivated• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
