We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented R&D Engineer Specialist to join our Research & Development team. The selected candidate will support new product development, prototype testing, and product improvement initiatives within our manufacturing operations.

Job Responsibilities
- Assist in developing new products and improving existing designs
- Prepare 2D drawings and 3D models using CAD software
- Support prototype development and testing activities
- Conduct laboratory and field testing and analyze results
- Prepare technical documentation and product specifications
- Participate in engineering change requests (ECR/ECO)
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Procurement teams
- Support new product transfer from R&D to mass production
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
