We are seeking a results-driven Industrial Engineer Specialist to join our manufacturing operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing production processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing efficiency-driven solutions to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and optimize operational costs.
The role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on factory experience, and expertise in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
Job Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize production workflows to improve efficiency and reduce cycle time
- Conduct time studies, line balancing, and capacity planning
- Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Monitor and analyze KPIs such as OEE, scrap rate, downtime, and labor productivity
- Lead Lean initiatives (5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping)
- Apply Six Sigma tools for defect reduction and process improvement
- Develop and update SOPs and work instructions
- Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams
- Support cost reduction and operational excellence projects
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
