  • Handle production orders received from the Sales/Commercial department and ensure the availability of required materials and accessories according to production schedules.
  • Check stock levels of raw materials and coordinate with the purchasing team to order missing items.
  • Follow up with external purchasing for all planning-related purchase orders and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Open customs certificates and send them to the production planning department to initiate order processing.
  • Coordinate with the production planning team to follow up on issued production orders, identify any shortages, and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Ensure that cutting and delivery of materials to production lines are completed on time and follow up on any missing components if needed.
