Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist the sales team with day-to-day activities, including lead qualification, CRM data entry, and pipeline management to ensure accurate forecasting.
- Coordinate communications between sales, marketing, and operations to streamline orders, quotations, and contract administration.
- Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and price quotations with accuracy and timeliness.
- Enter and maintain customer information, contact history, and activity logs in the CRM system.
- Facilitate scheduling of client meetings, product demonstrations, and onboarding sessions.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead conversion, closing rates, and order fulfillment timelines.
- Assist in market research activities to identify opportunities, competitor activity, and customer needs.
- Provide general administrative support to the sales team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university (preferred fields: Business, Marketing, Sales, or related disciplines).
- Current or recent university graduate seeking an internship or entry-level role in sales operations.
- Strong command of written and spoken English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous.
- An analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
