  • Configure and maintain Sophos Firewall (rules, VPNs, security policies)

  • Install, configure, and maintain Issabel VoIP systems
  • Troubleshoot VoIP-related issues (extensions, trunks, call quality)
  • Manage SIP accounts, IVR, call routing, and recordings
  • IT Support & Troubleshooting
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
  • Provide Level 1–2 technical support for users
  • Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
  • Handle incident resolution and root cause analysis
  • Asset & Ticket Management
  • Maintain accurate IT asset inventory (hardware, software, licenses)
  • Use and manage a ticketing system for incident tracking and resolution
  • Ensure proper documentation of issues, fixes, and procedures

  • Install, upgrade, and maintain IT hardware
  • Perform routine system checks, updates, and backups
  • Assist with new office setups, expansions, and relocations
