  • Monitor and analyze production metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations throughout the production process.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues in manufacturing and recommend effective solutions.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed production documentation, reports, and records.
  • Support the introduction of new products and technologies into the production line.
  • Train and mentor production staff on best practices, safety procedures, and equipment operation.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
