• Own and govern the ISO management systems. ISO 9001, 14001, 45001.
• Define QA strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Approve and control all QA procedures, work instructions, and records.
• Lead internal audits and manage external audits end to end.
• Ensure effective nonconformance, CAPA, and customer complaint processes.
• Review root cause analysis quality and approve corrective actions.
• Monitor QA KPIs and reports.
• Drive process improvement in complaints, inspections, and controls.
• Coordinate with production, engineering, procurement, and sales.
• Build QA team capability through coaching and task assignment.
• Ensure inspection plans, control plans, and risk controls stay effective.
• Approve quality-related decisions affecting product release and shipment.
