Role Purpose

  • The Enterprise Sales Manager is responsible for closing enterprise-level deals across LuQta’s three engagement solutions in Egypt, with a strong focus on B2B revenue generation, long-term contracts, and strategic accounts.
  • This role is quota-carrying, target-driven, and requires a consultative sales mindset capable of positioning LuQta as an engagement infrastructure partner, not a campaign vendor.

 

Key Responsibilities

1- Enterprise Revenue Generation

  • Own and close enterprise sales opportunities across:
  • Consumer Reach Programs (annual engagement retainers)
  • White-Label Engagement Platforms
  • Embedded SDK integrations
  • Drive contract values ranging from mid-five figures to enterprise six figures USD-equivalent
  • Manage full sales cycle: lead qualification → solution positioning → proposal → negotiation → close

 

2- Solution Positioning & Deal Structuring

  • Match client objectives to the right LuQta solution model
  • Fast reach & activation → Consumer Reach
  • Long-term infrastructure → White-Label
  • In-app engagement → SDK
  • Work closely with:
    • Creativity team (use-case & engagement design)
    • Product team (technical feasibility & integration scope)
    • Business Head (pricing strategy & approvals)

 

3- Sector-Focused Enterprise Selling

  • Target priority verticals:
  • Telcos
  • Banks & fintechs
  • FMCG & retail
  • Government & public sector
  • Large education institutions
  • Build and manage a pipeline of C-level and senior marketing, digital, and growth stakeholders
  • Position LuQta as:
    • A strategic engagement partner
    • Not just a contest or campaign platform

 

4- Account Development & Expansion

  • Upsell existing clients from:
  • Consumer Reach → White-Label
  • White-Label → SDK
  • Support renewals, expansions, and multi-year contracts
  • Coordinate handover to operations while maintaining commercial ownership

 

5- Pipeline, Forecasting & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts
  • Weekly pipeline reviews with Egypt Business Head
  • Monthly revenue reporting against targets
  • Provide market feedback to HQ on pricing, objections, and competitive activity

 

Targets & KPIs (Indicative)

  • Quarterly revenue targets (defined per market phase)
  • Number of enterprise deals closed per quarter
  • Average deal size by solution type
  • Conversion rate from proposal to close
  • Expansion revenue from existing accounts
