• Supervise and monitor all mechanical site activities (HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting, etc.) for buildings and landscape areas.
• Ensure works comply with approved drawings, technical specifications, and project quality standards.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (Civil, Electrical, Architectural, Landscape, Infrastructure, Irrigation) and contractors.
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
• Monitor contractor performance, installation progress, testing, and handover.
• Review daily/weekly progress reports.
• Attend site meetings and provide technical recommendations.
• Identify technical issues and advise on corrective actions.
• Act as the Consultant’s representative on site to ensure full compliance with contract requirements.
