We are looking for a Manufacturing Technician to join our ESP (Electrical Submersible Pumps) production team. Responsibilities include:
• Assisting in the assembly and inspection of ESP pump components.
• Ensuring product quality and compliance with technical specifications.
• Collaborating with the production team to maintain smooth workflow.
• Following safety procedures and environmental standards in the factory.
• Graduate of Science, Technical Institute, or Dimbosco.• Proven experience in ESP pump manufacturing or maintenance is a strong advantage.• Solid understanding of production processes, mechanical systems, and quality control.• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to follow instructions accurately.• Strong teamwork, communication skills, and a proactive attitude.• Punctual, safety-conscious, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
