- Handle repairs and maintenance in case of malfunctioning or hazards occurring in electricity units, systems or networks in a timely manner and avoid negative consequences on community operations.
C).Preventive Maintenance:
- Examine electrical equipment specifications and availability and ensure the appropriate installment when performing repairs and maintenance.
- Implement site electrical investigations to detect problems or issues and identify resources to recommend solutions.
- Coordinate the modification and improvement projects in electrical systems, units, networks in conformance with new specifications.
D.)Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze the consumption of electrical services provided to hotels and developers ensuring technical consistency with contractual agreement.
