  • Create innovative 3D interior and exterior designs for marketing and promotional purposes using advanced software such as 3D Max.
  • Review and improve architectural and MEP designs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project standards.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their vision and provide customized design solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Provide practical technical support on-site during all project phases.
  • Perform precise site measurements and quantity surveys for architectural elements, support procurement processes, and prepare project progress claims.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to produce visually appealing materials showcasing our projects.
  • Prepare and present detailed technical reports, specifications, and quantity schedules.
  • Design and analyze conceptual models, coordinate with structural and MEP teams to resolve clashes and implement optimal solutions.
