At Egypt Education Platform, we are looking for a Procurement Senior Specialist to support our mission of enhancing educational services through efficient and transparent procurement processes.
The ideal candidate will ensure the acquisition of goods and services at competitive prices while maintaining the quality standards essential to our educational programs.
Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, negotiation, purchasing, and contract management Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers and vendors Ensure timely procurement of goods and services in line with organizational needs and budgets Prepare and review purchase orders, contracts, and supplier agreements Monitor supplier performance to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery Conduct market research to identify cost-saving opportunities and new suppliers Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies and applicable regulations Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand and support operational requirements Maintain accurate procurement records and reports Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain management.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of procurement best practices and supply chain processes Strong communication and interpersonal skills
