Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Smart Village for a Freight Forwarding Executive. Responsibilities include managing freight forwarding and transportation activities, coordinating export operations, and ensuring seamless customer service in logistics. The role involves maintaining relationships with local and international clients, overseeing shipping documentation, and liaising with carriers and customs to ensure efficient delivery of goods.
Qualifications Proficiency in Freight Forwarding, Freight Transportation, and Export procedures Experience in Customer Service with a focus on logistics operations Strong understanding of forwarding processes and documentation Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams in a fast-paced environment Relevant educational qualifications in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field Familiarity with customs regulations and international trade practices is a plus Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software is advantageous
