Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager, based in El Sadat City. The Production Manager will oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficient production, maintain quality standards, and meet deadlines. Responsibilities also include supervising production staff, optimizing workflows, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and assessing and improving production processes. The role involves ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining inventory control to support overall operational goals.
Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills to oversee and guide production teams Experience in production planning, workflow optimization, and operational efficiency enhancement Knowledge of quality assurance, compliance protocols, and industry safety regulations Proficiency in managing inventory, supply chain coordination, and resource allocation Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make strategic decisions under pressure Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field Prior experience in trailers manufacturing or a related industry is advantageous Strong communication and organizational skills
