Role Overview We are seeking a high-performing Senior Account Manager to join our commercial sales team. This role is designed for a strategic professional who can build long-term relationships within the Commercial Sector (Retail, Manufacturing, Logistics, Oil & Gas, Finance), identify growth opportunities, and drive sustainable revenue through tailored technology solutions. Key Responsibilities Portfolio Management: Manage and grow a strategic portfolio of commercial accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for customer success. Strategic Selling: Understand complex client challenges and propose end-to-end solutions from our portfolio (Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Managed Services, Compliance). Growth Execution: Develop and execute account plans focused on high-value renewals, upsells, and cross-sells. Full Sales Cycle Lead: Manage everything from opportunity identification and proposal development to pricing, contract negotiation, and closing. Internal Collaboration: Work closely with presales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure solutions meet and exceed customer expectations. Market Intelligence: Track market trends and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape to maintain a strategic edge. Required Qualifications Experience: 4–6 years of proven B2B sales or account management experience in IT, Cybersecurity, or Digital Services. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science is required; an MBA is highly preferred. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments. Experience with vendors like Fortinet or Juniper is a significant advantage. Skills: Strategic thinker with a solution-oriented mindset and exceptional communication/negotiation skills. Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to build relationships and close deals with mid-sized to large enterprise clients. Languages: Full professional fluency in Arabic and English.
