We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Initiative Manager to lead high-impact engineering and operational initiatives across the region. This role is responsible for driving strategic projects that improve productivity, operational efficiency, innovation capability, and overall market competitiveness. The position requires strong cross-functional leadership, structured project management, and the ability to align regional initiatives with corporate strategy.
Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and governance of cross-functional strategic initiatives. Develop detailed project roadmaps, timelines, KPIs, budgets, and resource plans. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Coordinate closely with Engineering, R&D, Supply Chain, Operations, and Commercial teams to ensure alignment and execution. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and operational performance. Support digital transformation, automation, and smart manufacturing projects. Analyze emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities. Prepare executive-level presentations and progress reports for senior leadership.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field (Master’s degree is a plus).10–15 years of experience in R&D, engineering, or strategic project management roles. Proven experience managing cross-functional initiatives in industrial or manufacturing environments. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills. Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
