Key Responsibilities Lead and manage airport projects including terminals, airside/landside works, MEP, utilities, and support infrastructure. Act as the PMC representative, overseeing design consultants, contractors, and specialist vendors. Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers. Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with contractual, technical, safety, and quality standards. Coordinate with airport authorities, aviation regulators, government agencies, and other stakeholders. Review and approve design submissions, method statements, shop drawings, and project deliverables. Ensure adherence to aviation standards (ICAO, IATA, local aviation authority requirements). Manage contract administration, change management, claims, and variations. Lead project meetings, prepare progress reports, and provide clear communication to clients and senior management. Ensure HSE compliance across all project activities. Support commissioning, testing, handover, and close-out activities.
Experience Requirements20+ years of overall project management experience. Significant experience (minimum 5–7 years) on airport or aviation infrastructure projects. Proven track record working with PMC / EPCM / consultancy organizations. Experience managing large, multidisciplinary teams and high-value projects. Local Experience in Egypt is a must Fluency in Arabic & English language is a must
