We are looking for an experienced Process Engineering Manager to lead process optimization and Lean transformation initiatives across manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for improving production efficiency, quality, and reliability while supporting new product industrialization and long-term operational scalability. The position requires strong technical expertise, hands-on manufacturing experience, and the ability to lead and develop high-performing process engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities Lead process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives across production lines. Drive Lean transformation programs to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste. Define and standardize process parameters, operating procedures, and technical roadmaps. Improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), reduce scrap rates, and increase production reliability. Conduct root-cause analysis using structured problem-solving methodologies and implement corrective actions. Establish performance monitoring systems and data-driven decision-making processes. Support industrialization of new products, ensuring smooth transition from development to mass production. Ensure process scalability, stability, and cost-effectiveness. Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, R&D, and Operations teams to resolve technical challenges. Lead, mentor, and develop the process engineering team to build strong technical capabilities.
Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Production, or Mechatronics Engineering.10+ years of experience in manufacturing and process management roles. Strong exposure to Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, FMEA, or DOE. Proven experience improving OEE and driving operational excellence initiatives. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
