Job Summary We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Senior Sales Executive to lead business development initiatives in the packaging and printing segment. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge in offset printing, flexible packaging, corrugated packaging, labels, or folding cartons, along with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities1. Business Development Identify and develop new business opportunities in packaging and printing markets. Target industries such as FMCG, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, food & beverage, and industrial sectors. Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and industry events.2. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers. Understand client packaging requirements, branding needs, and production specifications. Provide customized solutions aligned with client budgets and timelines.3. Sales & Revenue Growth Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals. Monitor competitor activities and market trends.4. Technical Coordination Coordinate with production, design, and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery. Ensure artwork approvals, material selection, and printing specifications meet client expectations. Handle post-sales support and resolve customer concerns efficiently.5. Reporting & Forecasting Maintain accurate sales records and CRM updates. Prepare sales forecasts and pipeline reports. Present performance reports to management. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Printing Technology, or related field.5+ years of experience in packaging and printing sales.
