Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for the Head of the Production and Maintenance Department, located in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves overseeing production and maintenance operations, developing and implementing production plans, managing operational processes to ensure efficiency, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. Additionally, the role includes leading and managing production teams, optimizing resource utilization, and maintaining budget control while driving continuous improvement in production and maintenance processes.
Qualifications Strong expertise in Production Planning and Production Management Experience in Operations Management and Team Leadership Experience in budgeting and resource management Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Strong communication and leadership skills Familiarity with safety and quality standards in manufacturing Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field Experience in the mattress manufacturing industry or similar manufacturing environments is an advantage
